I've only seen Run On, but Summer Strike is near the top of my watchlist (ugh, so many K-Dramas, not enough time!). Unlocked and Misaeng are also somewhere down the road. I did enjoy watching Im Si Wan's portrayal of his character in Run On, so I can't wait to see him in these other series and movies.
I enjoy his films/dramas, so I'm really looking forward to his upcoming film "BOSTON." I like that he takes a diverse approach to the roles he accepts. He keeps us on our toes!

Watching Unlocked shortly after finishing Summer Strike made it impossible to ignore Im Si-wan's depth and versatility as an actor. Dae beom is similar to Im's characters in Misaeng and Run On; all are men of few words who break your heart with their eyes and body language. Joon-young is a different, chilling, animal—yet still portrayed quietly, in small details and glances. I will never overlook Im Si-wan again.
His versatility and ability to convincingly embody each and every role he plays is such a strength. I love watching who he becomes in each new film or drama.
I always see people raving about Misaeng, but it was so hard for me to watch because of how terrible the workplace environment is. the actors maybe did too good of a job in their portrayal lol ... I’m off to watch Unlocked now.
I hear you. "Misaeng" is very intense and there were elements that were so difficult to watch, especially the parts about their station in life, dependent on their connections and which college they attended. But it's still a favorite of mine! haha
