K-dramas like "Goblin" and "Vincenzo" aren't what you would call comedies, but they have a lot of comedic moments that made me laugh out loud. "Prison Playbook" is another one with some serious subject matter, that also features funny story arcs. Also, "Hospital Playlist," the "Reply" trilogy, "Fight For My Way," "Alchemy of the Souls" (first season) — the crown prince is so funny!
I love Mr Queen too! And I too prefer my dramas to have loads of comedy in them! Ones I find very funny with excellent plots and characters include When the Camellia Blooms, Crash Landing On You, Hometown Cha-cha-cha, Sky Castle (yet, it's very serious, but Professor Cha's character arc and interactions with his wife and sons is hilarious), oh, and Mr Sunshine - again, a serious show, but in my opinion the samurai character Goo Dong-mae steals the show, with the 3-way male bromance vying for Ae Sin's affections especially hilarious. (And yes, Dong-mae should've ended up with Ae Sin, and his arc is particularly affecting.)
To be fair, the first time I watched Mr Sunshine, I found Dong-mae terrifying! It was only when I re-watched it that my wife at first realized what a comedic character he really is, and I saw the show in a whole new light, with him as almost the main character, but from the periphery. What a great show, probably my #1 favorite!:)

Thanks for the wonderful list - I do prefer funnier than melancholy ones (although the latter Korean drama is so good at it!)

Great dramas! I didn't find Dong-mae funny so much as heartbreaking. And that ending, oh my goodness. Not for the faint of heart!
