I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your interview with Kino. I’ve been a Pentagon fan for 5 years now and watching his and the other member’s growth has made me so proud.
I have no doubt he could and should be a huge star. It’s been hard for them, with so much happening to the group. But Kino proves every day that he has massive talent and is a true star. I hope everyone will listen to his songs and sees and hears what Universe sees and hears.
I will finally see him for the first time on his US Tour this month and I know it will be the best concert I’ve seen yet. Don’t forget his name readers: KINO :)
I am so glad to hear this, Sandy! It's been so nice to read all the comments from KINO's fans here (and on various social media outlets). He is in for the long haul, and so are his supporters! UNIVERSE knows!
Kino has always been a great artist. He's constantly improving and evolving as a Pentagon member and as a solo artist and producer, and I'm happy to see that he seems to be aware and proud of it. I think this interview really shows how much he has grown through the last years, thanks for sharing 💕
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Erizo. I agree with you. He's in it for the long run and I love that he has taken charge and is doing things his own way. I love that for him. Truly.
Universe here! So cool to see this interview and it has been great to watch Kino discover himself through music. He wrote songs for Pentagon too, so you can see the similarities and yet how it is note a Pentagon sound. I haven’t heard any whispers about the band coming back together — two are in the military at the moment — but I think they will. They have way too much fun together.
He is a prolific songwriter, but what I really admire about him is that he is always trying something new (when it could be easier to just coast on what has worked for you in the past). He's a true artist and such a bright, lovely young man.
* And for readers who aren't well versed in K-pop, "Universe" is the fandom name for Pentagon (the group KINO debuted in).
I honestly can't remember the last time I felt this happy while reading an interview. Deep, meaningful questions and truly inspiring answers... As someone who's been following Kino for such a long time, it's amazing to see once again how genuine his personality is. I can tell how much heart he pours into his music and work. I hope his goals come true this year, but above all, I hope he continues to enjoy what he does!
Thank you so much for this wonderful interview Jae Ha Kim! (Also, I just wanted to tell you that as an aspiring entertainment journalist, I always learn so much from you. I took plenty of notes from this interview on what makes a great one. Thank you for that as well!:))
Ayten, first of all, thank you so much for your kind words. KINO's willingness to share was such a gift to me as a journalist, because some interviews can be superficial, because there are so many conditions on what can and cannot be asked.
I wish you much success in your chosen field. I am sure you will be great at it!
I understand the challenges of interviews, but I believe your thoughtful questions play a vital role in encouraging people, like the amazing KINO, to share their stories honestly. Thank you so much for your kind wishes! Even though it’s really challenging, I truly enjoy writing and the entertainment field. I’ll be looking forward to your new articles and interviews! Thank you! :)))))
He’s a new performer to me. I listened to Skyfall and like his voice and the song quite a lot. I’ll do some more listening. Thanks for the introduction.

Thank you Sandra! I love that you were willing to check out someone new (to you).
